"Very friendly until you have a complaint or issue. No support from the agent, secretary and individuals answering phone are clueless and misleading. No calls returned, not the nost minimal effort put into helping me. Switched from all state due to minimal savings, strongly regret. Do not recommend Statefarm, much less this agent."
